This workshop – divided over 2 different days – will teach you the basics of ayurvedic pulse evaluation. Pulse evaluation is one of the eight methods used in ayurveda to get a better insight into the constitution and imbalances of a client. Pulse evaluation has both an objective and a subjective side, but the latter can only develop if you first learn the basic premises.
The purpose of this workshop is to teach you some techniques as well as to make you aware of the subtle energy flows of – amongst others – the three doshas (vata, pitta and kapha) and how to interpret these. This in order to get you started in practicing this – as only practice will get you deeper into this method.
Dr. Rao is a fully trained ayurvedic physician with many years of clinical experience in this field. The workshop is offered by Holisan, but practitioner students of the AAS are invited to participate in this valuable workshop, and they can integrate this into their curriculum as an optional, but highly advised, extra event. Extra study points will in that case be added to the student file for the final diploma. Read More
