Mission and objectives

The Academy of Ayurvedic Studies has set as her mission to ensure good and high quality education in the field of Ayurveda and related subjects. In designing its curriculum and study tracks, several points are important.
The AAS caters for those desiring professional training in the field of Ayurveda, an old and allround practical health philosophy that also contains a complete and unique therapeutic system. Currently also from the mainstream medical community shows a rapidly increasing interest in Ayurveda and its concepts, methods and techniques, which is makes the specific task of the AAS even more important. The AAS also provides answers to a growing need for information on Ayurveda from the general public, and also offers training courses, seminars and workshops in this more general field of public education.
